(a) Talley Oil uses SMS messaging for delivery coordination and customer communication. Message frequency varies based on customer requests. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. Phone numbers are used only for service-related communication and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

The Site has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration.
